In 2025, Chris Gibson and Ricky Leach — longtime friends based in Spring, Texas — installed permanent outdoor lights on a neighbor's home as a favor. They fell in love with the work, installed lights on a family member's home next, shared it on social media, and things just took off from there.

Chris Gibson is a Marine Corps veteran and IT professional who brings discipline, attention to detail, and a deep passion for craftsmanship to every project. His technical background and military values shape the way RL & G approaches every installation — with precision, care, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Ricky Leach is a seasoned handyman whose hands-on expertise and steady reliability are at the heart of every job RL & G takes on. Ricky's dedication to quality and his genuine care for customers is what keeps clients coming back.
